Refunds & Returns Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These items include:
Gift cards
Digital products, including project plans
Digital/online courses
Subscription services
Consultations
Refunds
If you need to return an item, send us an email at info@newtonmakes.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Under certain circumstances, we may grant a partial refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to the unique nature of wood or products, it may not be possible to provide a replacement of an item. If the item meets eligibility, a refund may be provided in lieu of an exchange. To exchange an item, send us an email at info@newtonmakes.com.
Digital Subscriptions
Digital subscriptions with recurring payments can be canceled at any time. You’ll still have access to the subscription until the end of the period for which you paid.
Third-Party Vendors
In some cases, we may use a third party to provide an item, such as custom merchandise and apparel. Return requests must be made to the business from which you purchased the item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
Before shipping a return, please submit your return request by contacting us at info@newtonmakes.com. This helps to ensure the item is returnable before it is shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so we urge that you use a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance.
