1940 Superman Art

Made entirely from wood, this artwork is a wooden version of a classic 1940 Superman Christmas comic special issue. This artwork is custom made, with each tiny piece of wood cut out by hand using a scroll saw. No CNC, lasers, or automation. Additionally, no paint, stain, or dye was used! Each color is a natural wood color, including the blues, yellows, and reds. Wood boards were hand selected and specific spots were chosen that resulted in the perfect color and grain.

This is a one of a kind item. The artwork in the picture is the one you will receive. It is rare that I make an item twice. No photo editing or enhancement was made so you can trust what you are receiving.

The artwork is approximately 13” wide x 16” tall x 1” thick, including the frame. The frame is not removable. It is part of the artwork.
